How the 700x Pump Control Valve works

When the water pump starts to supply water through the valve, first the solenoid valve is energized to open, the water enters the main valve control room through the needle valve and check valve (1), and flows through the solenoid valve and ball valve to the outlet, and the upper cavity of the main valve diaphragm Pressure decreases. The other way, because the check valve (2) on the conduit is closed, the medium cannot flow out. Under the action of the pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers of the diaphragm, the main valve core opens and water supply starts normally.

When the water supply needs to be stopped, the solenoid valve is closed, the upper cavity of the main valve diaphragm stops water drainage, the pressure in the control chamber rises, and the main valve core begins to close. When it is closed to 90%, the upper travel switch of the main valve outputs a pump stop signal, and the pump stops running. At this time, the downstream return water enters the main valve control room through the check valve (2), because the check valve (1) is closed, the medium in the upper chamber of the diaphragm cannot flow out, the pressure of the manufacturing chamber rises, and the main valve is gradually closed.

4. A filter should be installed in front of the main valve to prevent impurities from blocking the conduit and needle valve, solenoid valve and check valve. Impurities will also cause the main spool to not close tightly, resulting in valve control failure.
