When the water pump is working and the water supply starts through the valve, first the solenoid valve is energized and opened, and the water enters the main valve control room through the needle valve and the check valve (1), and then flows through the solenoid valve and the ball valve to the outlet, and the upper chamber of the main valve diaphragm Reduced pressure. In the other way, because the check valve (2) on the conduit is closed, the medium cannot flow out. Under the action of the pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers of the diaphragm, the main valve core opens to start normal water supply.

When the water supply needs to be stopped, the solenoid valve is closed, the upper cavity of the main valve diaphragm stops draining, the pressure in the control chamber rises, and the main valve core starts to close. When it is closed to 90%, the travel switch on the upper part of the main valve outputs a signal to stop the pump, and the water pump stops running. At this time, the downstream return water enters the main valve control room through the check valve (2). Since the check valve (1) is closed, the medium in the upper chamber of the diaphragm cannot flow out, and the pressure of the chamber increases, and the main valve gradually closes.

1. When the solenoid valve is opened, the main valve is opened. After the solenoid valve is closed, the main valve is closed by 90%, and after the water pump stops, the main valve is slowly closed. 3. The stroke switch is controlled by the main valve core. When the main valve core is closed by 90%, the output signal is sent to the water pump control circuit, and the water pump stops working. Some use swing arm switches, and some use proximity switches.

4. A filter should be installed in front of the main valve to prevent impurities from clogging the conduit, needle valve, solenoid valve, and check valve. Impurities can also cause the main spool to close laxly, causing the valve control to fail.
