That opened the 21-day clock to either get him on the active roster or put him back on injured reserve. So far so far being the key words theres been practically no return on investment. After mi sing the first half of training camp following knee surgery, this will be the second time that Watsons mi sed time with an injured hamstring. Hes had two noteworthy plays: the dropped touchdown bomb vs. Minnesota in Week 1 and the 15-yard touchdown run in Week 2.Before Fridays practice, LaFleur said putting Watson on injured reserve was certainly on the table.
