This weeks Sunday Night Football matchup features the Raiders and Chiefs. Raise your hand if you had Patrick Mahomes and Co. peering upward from the AFC West basement heading into Week 10. Speaking of Mahomes, were going to fade the half-a-billion-dollar gunslinger and his counterpart on the opposite sideline in NFL DFS tournaments. The opportunity cost of forcing Mahomes $12,400 salary into our DraftKings Showdown lineup is too steep, especially when he hasnt surpa sed 30 DraftKings points since Week 4. Meanwhile, Carr hasnt hit the 30-DK-point threshold once this season.Before we get into our picks, here are the key DraftKings Showdown rules: It's full-point PPR, and there are three-point Nick Shore Men Jersey bonuses for 300 pa sing yards, 100 rushing yards, and 100 receiving yards. The Captain picks costs 1.5 times a player's original price, but he also gets his point total multiplied by 1.5.MORE DK SHOWDOWN: Captain (1.5x points, 1.5x salary) TE Darren Waller, Raiders ($14,400) Waller exploded in Week 1 with 19 targets, but he's been a bit pedestrian since, at least by his lofty standards. Last weeks 11 targets were only the second time hes seen 10-plus looks this season, but heavier workloads - Andy Andreoff Women Jersey - and larger fantasy outputs -- should become the standard as the Raiders lean on their best players in their pursuit of a playoff berth.FLEX WR Tyreek Hill, Chiefs ($11,000) Hill has struggled to a degree alongside the rest of his Kansas City teammates, but his ceiling is still very much intact. Hes gone over 40 DraftKings points on a pair of occasions this season with another pair of 20-plus DK-point efforts. Hill doesnt nece sarily need Patrick Mahomes clicking on all cylinders to deliver a profitable score.Alternate consideration: Hill provides the highest ceiling on the Chiefs -- and the slate as a whole -- but Travis Kelce ($10,000) is a worthwhile pivot to consider. He wont threaten the 40- Jonny Brodzinski Men Jersey point threshold, but 10-plus receptions, 100-plus yards, and/or multiple touchdowns are always in the cards when Kelce steps on the field.MORE SNF DFS: FLEX RB Josh Jacobs, Raiders ($8,800) It would be fair to gripe a little bit about Jacobs 2021 season thus far -- hes averaging a le s-than-stellar 3.8 yards per carry, and hes been hampered by nagging injuries. It hasnt all been bad though, as hes seen an uptick in his pa sing-game usage and leads the Raiders with five touchdowns. Another positive development is that Jacobs heads into this matchup without an injury designation. Teams have tried to grind through the Chiefs on the ground, and if the Raiders attempt to do the same, Jacobs will have a chance to deliver his signature 2021 performance.FLEX RB Darrel Williams, Chiefs ($7,200) It looks like starter Clyde Edwards-Helaire (knee) will mi s one more week of action, leaving Williams to handle another 20-plus touches and perhaps deliver another 20-plus DraftKings points. Derrick Gore was a thorn in Williams side in Week 8, rushing for 48 yards and stealing a touchdown, but he received just four touches for an encore. Williams will serve as the workhorse this week. Were just going to hope that hes not forced to surrender his opportunity to get into the paint.FLEX RB Kenyan Drake, Raiders ($4,400) Drake is second on the team in touches (70) and third on the team in scrimmage yards (448). With Henry Ruggs team-leading 485 scrimmage yards vacated, others on the roster will be forced to pick up the slack. Drake has scored 21.3, 16. Samuel Fagemo Women Jersey 9, and 16.0 DraftKings points over his past three games, and will be up to the task if more opportunities and touches head his way. Weve seen multiple backs from the same backfield perform well enough to push a DraftKings Showdown lineup into the green, and we like the chances of Drake making that happen this week.FLEX WR DeSean Jackson, Raiders ($4,200) The Robyn Regehr Kids Jersey Raiders might not ask Jackson to seamle sly step into the shoes vacated by Ruggs, but even at 34, he still has enviable jets. Theres enough talent on this Raiders offense to keep the Chiefs defense honest and occupied. If Jackson and quarterback Derek Carr can land on the same page, it wont be a surprise to see them connect on a deep shot or two.Alternate consideration: DFS players who roll with Jackson this week are hoping for a deep touchdown and perhaps enough efficiency to yield 100 receiving yards and the accompanying three-point bonus. For those interested in a "safer" option, Daniel Carlson ($3,800) is a reasonable pivot. Hes scored double-digit fantasy points in five of eight games.
