The Best And Dreamy Wedding Dress For A Mediterranean Wedding

Feeltimes is an established, innovative, and trusted brand in wedding dresses.

In 2008, Tribbie traveled to Rhode Island to accompany her closest friend, Ava, on the summer journey. Little did she know, she would be brought to Ava’s cousin, Wade. Though they went their separate ways and to their respective alma maters after the summer, sparks flew when Tribbie visited Ava in Los Angeles eight years later in 2016.

“We went to see Ava’s brother’s concert, and Wade came like a surprise,” Tribbie explains. “From on that day, we never let a weekend pass without seeing one another, [doing] long-distance from Los Angeles to New York City. Yes, plenty of red eyes.”

Two years later, Wade made things official during a journey along the Pacific Coast. He got recorded on one knee throughout a stop in Big Sur — and also the couple spent the following 10 days in isolated, engagement bliss.

When it found their 2019 nuptials, the pair got married wherever their years-long connection started: in Rhode Island. And, the household decided to plan the 125-person event themselves. "My parents and I made it happen together! Being a designer with my mom becoming an artist, it was the best creative project to operate on together," shares Tibbie. "We planned the marriage a year out, therefore it wasn’t rushed whatsoever and went very smoothly."
The couple envisioned a rustic Meditteranean wedding by having an elevated edge. “We loved the rustic backdrop – the farm, the wildflower field, [and] the olive trees—but then had people dress in formal attire,” Tribbie explains. The look was completed from start to finish, in the stationery and relaxed table settings.
A lively night of non-stop music would be a must for the bohemian wedding dress the pair. While a live band played after dinner, the nighttime raged up with a set from the friend and Parisian DJ Claire. “Most of my close friends are international,” Tribbie explains. “We would party at these cool European clubs, so I desired to do that for any late-night following the live band. It was the very best dance music ever!”
