Tips for using external suction arm

The use of the external suction arm is to check whether the filter bag and the filter element are installed, check the rotation of the fan, and for the belt drive, check whether the belt falls off, etc. After each use, clean up the dust in the filter bag as much as possible to prevent moisture adhesion, which is unfavorable for filtration and easy to damage the filter bag. Before use, check whether the filter bag and filter element are damaged. Do not use damaged filter bags and filter elements. The external suction arm usually has a bag resistance of about 1.2 to 1.5kPa. In this resistance range, the control instrument will issue instructions to trigger each control valve in sequence and open the pulse valve. The compressed air in the air bag is instantly sprayed from the air hole of the blowing pipe through the pulse valve, and then sprayed into the corresponding cloth bag by the Venturi tube. The dust filter bag expands sharply under the instantaneous reverse action of the blowing airflow, so that the dust accumulated on the outer surface of the bag falls off, falls into the ash hopper of the lower box, and is discharged through the ash discharge valve. After the filter cloth is cleaned, it works normally again. This cycle is carried out to ensure that the external suction arm works normally.
